According to reports, the Patriots have reportedly offered Zach Thomas a contract.
It makes perfect sense to me. Replace one of their two old as dirt, past their prime linebackers with another old as dirt, past his prime linebacker.
I guess this means Junior Seau may retire........ oh, wait.
